”Let´s make life into

one big marvelous

adventure"

Are you worrying about anything?

Hey there, welcome!

Our problem is that we think that we want or need what we do not have and this creates problems for us. We expect that if we only get this and that, if we only play our cards right, we will become happy. We project our happiness into a future that does not exist.

"Fear and expectation have stolen our happiness and chasing after it has become a big problem!"

- Richard Lindström

“You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet, still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.” - Franz Kafka

I like this quote by Franz Kafka, it paints a beautiful picture in my head. To me it describes the power of the present moment so clearly; We do not have to do anything, we just have to be. By simply being we are given the greatest gift of all; a life lived in the present moment.

The benefits of having mindful living sessions as a group is that we connect with other people. This connection is important and helps us grow and develop as we practice.

We can all inspire each other by sharing our daily life which we experience in-between the sessions. It is comforting to know you are not alone with what you feel and think.

Beautiful statements from some of my clients

Happiness is found inside ourselves and can only be experienced in the present moment. When we turn inward in meditation we experience peace and when we focus on the good things in life we feel grateful.

We only create more suffering when we constantly focus on what we don't have and how unfulfilling our lives are.

It is hard to feel that we are missing out if our thoughts are empty and our hearts are filled with gratitude. We have to let go of the idea that happiness can be found anywhere els than right here.

With the help of mindfulness we can consciously direct our attention where ever we want it to go. When we connect to our bodies, our breath and what we are doing right now, time stops and we are in the present moment. Here we can relax and let go of tension. We become centered and feel grounded.

This place is endless and full of potential and here we can expand and heal. The roaring ocean of our mind calms down and we reconnect to the flow of life.

Our constant thinking blocks us from experiencing the present moment; the only place where happiness exists.

When we think like this it reduces our chance of happiness in the present moment. We feel like we are missing out, that we will never be happy and this creates anger, self pity and fear. We begin to blame ourselves and others and we feel hopeless. This is no way to live life!

”A lack of mindfulness is the root of most problems” - Tulku Lobsang

Life is constantly changing, it is the law of the universe. When we accept this and see change as positive instead of negative we feel empowered. Because of change everything is possible... we have endless possibilities.

With the use of mindfulness we can use change to create good things in our lives and the life of others. Change will happen whether we like it or not so don't resist it; instead work with it.

Remember that the best way to become happy is to change yourself.

Living a mindful life has given me a sense of meaning and purpose. A vision and a path to follow. It has become a part of the foundation of my life. I feel connected to the flow of life and can enjoy the ride even when it ́s bumpy. I am much more balanced and I know how to handle difficult situations. I am happier and more satisfied with my life.

This doesn't mean that I am constantly happy and that my life is always great. Sometimes life can be a roller-coster ride and I forget everything I know and life becomes a struggle again. But I find that I bounce back faster than before.

For me the power of mindful living is that the more I meditate and practice, the faster I gain my balance back when I lose it. Life is truly a balancing act and mindfulness makes it all into one big marvelous adventure.

Living a mindful life did not come easy to me and it took allot of practice, and still does. Especially meditation because it is so demanding in the beginning.

The mind is screaming ”lets do something els, this is boring” and the body wants to move but I never gave up and keep on going. I am so grateful that I did because the payoff is absolutely worth all the struggle.

Meditation is a tool to cultivate a clear, focused and happy mind. When we get still and silent for a few minutes we experience that we exist. We exist without having to be or do anything. We just know that we exist and all is well. This experience brings joy and peace... the experience of ”I am”.

I believe that the present moment gives us all that we need and we really don't have to worry about anything. This is easier said than experienced and sometimes we feel we don't have any answers. This is okey, we don't always need specific answers we just need to live in the moment, in the flow of life as it changes.
